One user, multiple email addresses...
Hi.
I'm a recent subscriber to Zoho CRM and I also got the Zoho Mail plug-in. I'm a sole trader whose business runs multiple facets. For example, I design websites and do SEO and would like my emails for each of those facets to be separated. I tried to do this in the Zoho Mail plug-in, but it seems to be either/or rather than allowing me to set up each of these email accounts for one user.
Does each email account count as a user? If so, this is going to be prohibitively expensive in the short to medium term as I build my business.
Any thoughts on how I can remedy this would be greatly appreciated.
