One week of emails missing

One week of emails missing

On logging into the webmail interface this morning only emails up to 6th September are visible in the Inbox. 

  • There are at least 16 emails that are not showing since then
  • I have only got one client running - K9 on a Samsung Galaxy 6 and this was operating ok before now
  • All of the emails are still available on the Samsung client
  • The emails are not showing in the trash folder
  • We sent a test email 20 minutes ago that showed up in the web interface inbox, we opened it, returned to the inbox and it had gone.  
  • The Samsung did not receive the test email that disappeared
Please advise what issues you are experiencing with Zoho mail at this time.
