When we want to incorporate files from OneDrive we usually won't be using personal files from our OneDrive folders but rather we'll be using files residing on the shared libraries. The OneDrive integration does only show files from the personal OneDrive folders. This is not suited for a collaborative work environment. You should also include the folders and files which are located on the shared libraries from OneDrive in the OneDrive cloud integration window.
