ongoing email template administration issues
I am admin of the CRM.
My users are creating email templates.
A)I want to receive warning/notice that a new template has been created so that I can verify its quality BEFORE it gets sent out!
B) I want all templates to have certain fields filled out in a certain way e.g. all reply to are filled out with a specific email
C)I want to know email templates are being most used.
