Ongoing issues with Zoho Desk

Currently Zoho Desk is experiencing a server error that is affecting users in the US Data Center. Our team is working on resolving the issues.

You may notice latency and slowness while using the app. You may also notice an issue where outgoing emails sent from Desk are not being received by your clients. Instead the email will show a no data available error like shown below. This has been reported to Zoho Mail as well and is being worked to find a resolution.
