Online form not working in Zoho CRM
A long time ago an online form was set up with Zoho CRM on my website www.trevormitchell.biz.
Sometime after this was changed with Zoho CRM and it stopped working and has sort of been abandoned. I would now like to get it going again but haven't a clue what is wrong or what needs altered.
Can anyone help ?
