Online programmability for Mail
Online programmability needed:
a) Docs : My apartment's leasing office , for example, wants to create multiple docs (one for each of 300 residents) that has name , address, rent , 20 pages of lease terms, etc. So they need some simple scripting feature, that makes their job easier. Right now, they copy-and-paste from one doc to another
b) Mails : Ability to send personal emails to friends in friends list, ie say (Dear XYZ, ...), then (Dear ABC,....), instead of just an email that is not personalized to recipient
