Only 32000 characters are allowed in your email content.

I am trying to edit my quote template and have found that altering the area of content boxes to be impossible and many other editing functions are not effective. I have since used Word to edit the form and then tried to paste and save a revised copy however I constantly receive the error message "Only 32000 characters are allowed in your email content."

Has any one experienced this? Can anyone recomend another way of editing the quote and invoice templates effectively?
