Only 32000 characters are allowed in your email content

Can't enter any templates it gives me errror "Only 32000 characters are allowed in your email content".  I am nowhere near that number of characters.  See my secreen shot...



Please help, if I can't use templates then I will need to cancel and go to another CRM.
