At the moment we are using Zoho Creator to manage our customers (module 'customers'). Each customer gets assigned to a project. The different projects are added within the module 'projects'. 

We are collaborating with various real estate agents. These agents are assigned to specific projects. We would like to share our application with the real estate agents. But they should only be able to see and edit the records that belong to a specific project. In a word: they should only be able to see a filtered view within the module 'customers'.

Is this a possibility? And if so, what is the best approach?
