Only one name in email for customer w/ multiple contacts
Zoho Invoice Team,
I've discovered a bug or oversight. If you have Multiple contacts associated with a customer, and then send an invoice to them, only the first contact's name replaces the %FirstName% in the email template. Shouldn't it have all contacts names?
Example:
Customer= ACME Supplies
Contact 1 = Wylie Coyote
Contact 2 = Bugs Bunny
Template contains: "Dear %FirstName%,"
%FirstName% should be replaced with "Wylie & Bugs", but is only being replaced with "Wylie".
Bug or oversight?
