I need to create a macro which will update Lead Status to "2nd Follow Up Initiated" for selected leads.
However, I am only able to see six fields - Annual Revenue, City, Company, Country, Title and Email Opt Out - in the drop-down list under "Actions" > "Update Field", so I can't select Lead Status. The same thing occurs when creating a macro for Contacts - only six fields are shown in the Update Field list.
Please advise how I can make all fields appear in the Update Field selection list for Leads and Contacts when creating a macro. I'm currently using the Super Admin / CEO account in the Professional Edition.
