Open mail in new tab while having "Quick View" mode as default

Open mail in new tab while having "Quick View" mode as default

Hi, how do you open a message in a new tab while having "Quick View" mode as default?

The following options are not productivity-friendly for me:

1) Right-click and select "open in tab"

2) selecting message and pressing "t"

Am I missing a third and logical option?

3) double-click the message...

So, I would like to achieve this:

-> Click in a message open in "Quick View" panel
-> Double click in a message open it in a new tab

In case you're considering this, setting up an small icon like the "popup" that is near the "subject" column is not productivity-friendly either, as you have to point precisely instead of just double clicking anywhere in the "subject" or the "subject preview".
