Open Ticket in Zoho Desk Mobile App from Email Notification.
When our ticket agents get an email with the email, on a computer, if they click "View Ticket" button, it automatically opens up that ticket in browser.
But what about the phone for our agents who also have the app downloaded? Clicking the link from an email on a phone doesn't open up the ticket in the app. It opens up the internet browser! Is there any way to for us to be able to open up the ticket in the app from an email on the phone?
