We would like a true email tracking feature (pixel tracking like in zoho crm) without asking the recipient to confirm they've "read" the email.

The feature is available in Zoho Bigin and Zoho CRM would be great to add it directly in the Email as well, along with features like:
+ When email is opened (email tracking) but there's no reply, to create workflow/email sequence to follow up with another email (option to have customized email template, time to wait before sending, etc)
+ Set reminder to follow up or be notified on the email to view later and/or to follow up
+ Set reminder to follow up or be notified if sent email has no reply after X # of days
Currently we have to use another email client to accomplish all this, I believe Zoho Mail would become even more powerful tool if features like these are added and enhanced with.

The emails that are sent via CRM/ Bigin are considered as Sales/ Marketing emails and if you notice, those emails have options to 'Unsubscribe'. Those emails are purely marketing emails and can be sent only if your contacts have opted in for your emails with an option to unsubscribe.
However, the emails sent from Zoho Mail are normal one to one correspondence emails. We will not support 'tracking' options in the normal emails.
We suggest you to try out Zoho Campaigns which provides interesting insights about delivery and open behavious of marketing emails.

Thank you for responding.
We're not looking to send mass emails nor subscribe customers in a email marketing campaign. Open tracking feature is simply to confirm if the recipient of the single email has received and opened the email. It is a very standard feature now for email providers and for most of us in the sales and customer service industry would thrive on this ability without the need of changing between crm/bigin to mail.
We are forced to use other mail clients and give our monthly/annual subscription to them just because this is a lack in the workflow of zoho mail.
I and many of us would appreciate if Zoho can reconsider its perception of open tracking feature in zoho mail.
