It is very difficult getting the help that you need with zoho CRM, when working in the UK.
I phoned up for some help with zoho in the morning UK time, only to find that the phone line I am directed to is a US line, where it is 1:00 am, and there is hardly anyone around to help, and the person I spoke to sounding so quiet - possibly out of tiredness it was hard to understand, even if they did speak the same language as myself.
