We tried to use the Customer portal but after seeing that our customers UI will be as our Zoho CRM UI we decided to look for a Wordpress approach pulling and pushing data to Zoho CRM with the PHP SDK. Have you seen Zoho products like SalesIQ where you open the CSS to us and we can match the Chat UI to our website?

I mean, CRMs UIs in general are good for companies and their employees who are trained, but offering the same UI to our end customers? I think it's a failure because we would need to train our customers too and that will never happen?

Have you think of opening the Zoho CRM Customer Portal CSS to us? so we can make its UI similar to our website too?
