Open Zoho iPhone App from a weblink?

Anyone know if it's possible to open the zoho iPhone app from within an email?

Scenario:
- A case is updated and owner notified via email
- within the email I have a link to the specific case... clicking link opens safari and goes to case page

I'd like to add in another link to open within the iPhone app... EG:
