I have tried to import the opening balance of accounts receivable and it is a credit balance. Zoho shows import complete but the balance is not showing on my balance sheet for 2022 and opening balances window. Why? Second, the opening balances of my stock items are showing little difference from my previous software data. What are the reasons for this difference? how can I adjust the difference without changing the stock rate and quantity on hand at 1jan 2022 on opening balance window?
