Opening documents in ZOHO Projects

I've created a couple documents in Zoho projects to put notes. First is there a way to get a notebook in Projects?

When I want to go back and edit/open a document is wants to open MS Word locally and save locally. I want to edit the version online and save online.

I then found the Firefox plugin hoping that would solve the problem but I don't see any other choice?

I need a way to collect and organize notes in a project.
