Opera Mail

I'd like to set up Zoho Mail on the Opera browser. The default option is POP3 with TLS (Opera only offers TLS not SSL) this doesn't seem to connect, I've tried IMAP, my preferred method, also with TLS, but this doesn't connect either. Please advise me how this can be achieved.
