Opportunities not saving correctly.

Over the past two days some of our opportunities have not been saving correctly. The Probability(%) will not populate and it will not appear on the Accounts quick actions. This is not happening on very opportunity and there doesn't seem to be any rhyme or reason why some work and some to not. 

Is any one else experiencing this?
