I'm trying to set up Zoho CRM to suit our needs. There basically are

1. The owner of an opportunity should be able to see (and ideally edit) the contact info.

2. He shouldn't see the other opportunities related to that contact (which would be owned by other people/sales persons).

3. He shouldn't be able to see contacts where he hasn't got any opportunity.

4. Once the opportunity is completed, he shouldn't see that opportunity & contact in his list.

Basically our workflow is: get lead -> make it a contact -> assign/create different opportunities for different sales persons (which shouldn't know about the others but need the contact info) -> once any opportunity is completed or they are definetely lost for us, the opportunities should not appear to those sales persons again.

I've tried to read and fiddle around with the security options but don't seem to be able to get this done. Any help?
