Option add contact person from e-mail doesn't work
When I open an e-mail, there is a menu-item add to -> contact persons. When I use it, I get the message 'succesfully added contact person. But in the list of contact persons the new contact does not appear. When I search for the new contact I get the message 'no record found'. But when I add the contact for the second time, the message is: çontact already exists'. (I use no filter for contacts, just 'all contacts').
I am a paying customer, can the helpdesk also look into this?
