Option to Select Sender from Email Template is GONE

Option to Select Sender from Email Template is GONE

Previously when sending an email I was able to select who I wanted to email to come from in Zoho, even though I set up the template to always come from a specific email this feature did not seem to be working, but I could work around that by selecting the sender. 

This morning I no longer have that option and even though the template sender is one specific email address, it always come from the current user. Please advise.
