Options to customize unsubscribe page

Hi, I'm trying to customize our unsubscription page and am finding it limited. Can you tell me if any of the following options are possible? Or if not possible now, could they be added in the future?

1. Add a company logo to top of unsubscribe template page

2. Have all recipients (both implied and opted in) get simply the choice to "opt out of all emails" option rather than having both an "unsubscribe to this list" button and an additional "opt out of all emails" link. (we mainly just have one list and don't need to present multiple choices)

3. Edit/remove the List Names as they appear in the template. Right now the email List Name appears in quotes and the font color and text are not editable. It would be nice to be able to remove the list names or at least edit them.
