Ordering applications in new order nightmare

Under settings->Applications I tried to reorder the applications with using drag and drop and it is impossible! Well, after spending half an hour I finally managed to reorder. Serious UI problem exists. If you've used Drupal(Drupal . org) check it out under their admin panel how easy it is to drag and drop.

Drag and drop definitely needs improvements.
