Organisation wide lead scoring

Hi,

We have leads coming in from multiple areas. i.e. they download a white paper, contact us via our contact form, website visit by SalesIQ, etc. Each of these we make a new lead in CRM with a Lead Source so we know where the lead comes from.

What we are looking for is a way to look at ALL our leads and determine who is the most active person. i.e. they have downloaded two white papers, watched one video, completed a 'contact us' form and been on our website.

Is there a way to see this in some form or report at a high-level? Essentially we don't want our sales team calling a cold lead, but increase a leads score based on how much activity they have with us. This includes clicking on links in emails, visiting our site, etc.
