Organisational Wide Backup

I was showing off Zoho Apps to a colleague today who works in the IT dept of a large organisation I used to work with. Although he was super impressed, his showstopper was that there isn't a facility/option to generate a compressed backup of everything within the organisation.
He said that if there were the ability to have Zoho generate a zip file with all the documents, files, emails, calendar items, contacts, CRM data, etc etc in some portable format incase they were forced to migrate to something else, then Zoho would be a very attractive option for them. Their concern was that if Zoho stops trading for any reason, then all their company data would be lost. There is just too much risk. Just having docs backed up in Zoho file format was not sufficient, all Zoho hosted data would need to be converted to an open standard format before compression, then stored temporarily online somewhere with notification to someone to come download it. Periodically this backup file gets overwritten on each backup cycle.
Just a suggestion.
