I'm implementing Zoho CRM for a company that calls people as part of marketing campaigns. Our workflow is as follows:
We have companies that we want to contact and we have a database of multiple people working there that we want to contact. We want to keep track of our activities with each person individually.
Right now, we've tried using a company as a lead, but Zoho CRM regards a lead as a person. How would I best implement our workflow in Zoho CRM without going "against" the design philosophy of the CRM software?
