I am evaluating Zoho Mail for my business. I am having trouble with organization contacts. I currently have 3 users with email addresses using my domain, including myself. However, none of these 3 users show in the organization contacts.

Are the Organization contacts meant the like a "Corporate Directory"?

How do I add users? I thought it was to be automatic.
