Organization Contacts Not Reflected in Users iOS Contacts

I have added numerous Organization Contacts but they do not show on userdevices on iOS. We are using Active Sync. Personal contacts for eachuser are showing up. Email is otherwise working well using iPhones etc and ActiveSync/Exchange protocol with Zoho mail.

Is there a special trick? The iOS device does show "Global AddressList" category in the contact manager, but it is empty.
