I have configured an Organization Email, or Organisation Email, and made it available to Admins and Standard Users, I have replaced my old Personal Email IMAP configuration using the new interface.
I can send and receive emails from my personal email address, but the Org Email address is not available to me. Emails sent to a straw Contact from the Org Email in the past when it was configured as a Personal email are where they should be, accessible under that record, but no replies are.
I cannot chose the Org Email as an option when composing, whether using a template or not, and the template allows the use of the Org email, or used to.
