Organization members not showing up properly in contacts

Organization members not showing up properly in contacts

1. In the contacts window (using old version), members of the organization do not show under "All Contacts" unless I have already emailed them. (Similarly, when composing a message, auto-fill does not work for members of the organization unless I have already emailed them.)
2. Under "Shared Contacts" members of the organization are not appearing at all-- only group names followed by a "0".

(For what it's worth, all members of the organization ARE showing up under "My Organization Members".)
