Hi!

I'm TT, administrator of an organization using Zoho Business ("tretho" a/c). I added "congdong" as users ("congdong" is an Zoho a/c which was signed up by "A" before that).  And when he leaves our organization, I removed "congdong" form "User(s)" link, present in the left-side panel under "Control Panel" of "tretho" a/c.

 

With his "congdong" a/c, A signed in and accessed his wiki ( http://congdong.wiki.zoho.com before but now he can't: " Account is inactive" (notice). And when he try to click Forgot Password and enter his Email ID goptailieu@yahoo.com : " Email address may not exist". And when he try signing up "congdong a/c": "User name already taken".

 

Would you like to help me restore (active) his "Congdong" a/c to he can access his wiki and others. (Because he had signed up that a/c before he intered our organization).
