Organizing Leads or Contacts

Hi,

Is it possible to organize leads and/or contacts in Zoho?

I'm using Zoho CRM. Sometimes I'd like to send a mass email to a specific group of leads/contacts under a certain category. But there seems to be no way for me to initially categorize my leads/contacts.
