Organizing my contacts in Zoho CRM

I would like to create different groups within my contacts to organize, for example: Personal Contacts, Other Agencies, Hot leads, etc. Is there a way to do this in Zoho CRM? It would be beneficial especially for campaigns/mailings.

Please advise.
