OS X (Mavericks) Mail Client - Cannot connect to imap

Dear Zoho Support

Ive literally spent hours on this issue and I cannot get to the bottom of it.  The weird thing is that its also effected my iphone, but one thing at a time.

Ive been messing around with OS X Mail, trying to effectivley integrate my work account into it.  My Zoho mail has always been working on OS X Mail without issue.

Anyways I found that using OS X Mail for my work e-mail didnt work so much so I got rid of the accounts, however my Zoho mail no longer works.  I have tried the following to get it working:

Checking IMAP SSL check box
Checking IMAP SSL port number
Checking username and password
Tried using my superuser credentials
Cleared the IMAP cache from OS X Mail
Recreated the account from scratch

Nothing has made a difference.  Outgoing SMTP authenticates straight away without issues, but IMAP does not.

The even more strange thing is my iphone which contains just my Zoho mail always says that the message has not been downloaded from the server, which ever e-mail I choose to read.

I think this could be something on the Zoho side?  Can you guys double check and let me know?
