Other administrator can't see my data
I am new to Zoho, so please bear with me if my questions are stupid:
I started with the free trial, and uploaded a lot of contact data, made several calendar entries, and tweaked a few existing modules with new customized fields.
I later created a new Administrator profile for my assistant. She received the email from Zoho and set up an account. While she can see my contacts, she cannot see my calendar nor can she see all of my contact data, such as the custom fields I set up.
My goal is to give her full access to all of my data - contacts, events, calendar, leads, potentials, etc. - so that as she talked to people or sets appointments for me, she can add the meetings to my calendar, update the contact info as needed, and so forth.
Is she unable to see my calendar and full contact data (including the custom fields) because I have her settings wrong, or because that kind of data sharing is unavailable in the free version (meaning I would have to upgrade)?
