HI All,

 

I am fairly new to zoho and am having a difficult time getting some basic functionality setup (I wish the supporting documentation at zoho.com was more detailed!)

 

My specific problem at the moment is that I set up pricebooks in admin, but my other login for my sales person Nancy  (Standard login) cannot see them when she is creating a Quote! Because it cannot look up a price book, she cannot complete the quote.

I know she could make a pricebook of her own, but that doesn't seem like a very good operational way to approatch the problem.

 

Here are the steps I have attempted so far:

 

1) Looked for a way in admin to share proce books across the site

2) Copied the pricebook in admin and made Nancy the owner

3) sent a support inquiry to zoho to ask for assistance

4) Read a book on Salesforce.com implemetation "How to" to see if there were any similarities.

 

Even with the hours spent doing the above, I cannot seem to solve this.

 

Can anyone please help me learn ho to make my Proce Books appear with other logins on my account?
