There is a correct way to integrate zoho mail with otrs? I would like my otrs send via email smtp, but I can not work, the smtp.zoho.com not respond to ping , I use some API, or will be only one error in my configuration? via smtp gmail, everything works. Only smtp.zoho not. I tested, SendmailModule - SMTPTLS on port 587, and SMTPS on port 465.
