We are changing the look of our customer console for better usability and to add more features. With the new console, the customer will have more functionalities to work with during the session. 

The new features in the customer console include file transfer, multi-monitor navigation, and proxy settings. You can also check the active participants involved in a remote session. Along with these new features, we've retained our existing features like annotation, chat, and swap screen.
