Our email IP is blacklisted and emails go to spam folders
Hi Team,
The following IP server is being used from our CRM when we send emails to our clients. The problem is that many times they are going to spam folders. I tracked this issue, and its because the IP Zoho CRM is using in our case, it's blacklisted in SORBS (at least this seems to be the last issue).
The IP is: 209.85.216.47
What can we do to get a different IP on our servers? We never spam, we don't send emails to lists, we don't even send bulk emails or cold contacts.
