Hi we want to create new zohobooks contacts from our own webform or update the zohobooks contact if it already exists.

Our form collects: first name , email address (which we use as the zohobooks contact_name as well) ,phone number , and a text message (we want the text message to go to zohobooks notes {internal remarks}

1) We are able to create a new contact from the webform but we are struggling to fetch a contact and then update it if it already exists.

How can we get a contact details or update a contact by using the contact_name instead of the contact_id?

2) We also want to append the text message collected to zohobooks notes (internal remarks) ? I.e. append to existing if it is an existing contact
