I am as a Zoho CRM Super Admin can see the  'Close Task' button in Task module like this

but unfortunately the user (Sales) can't see that button

I think I have given the correct permission, the 'Sales' can view, create and edit

so could you please help ? why the 'Close task' button doesn't appear on our users?
