After yesterday's outage, where I was locked out of access to my client information for a full day two things have jumped to the top of my must have list.

1) Offline access.  - Luckily yesterday was a slow day for us, but on a normal day not having access to things like client notes and contact details can cause us a world of hurt.  Some form of offline access could mitigate that.

2) More robust backup options that the user can control and have access to - backup has been a concern of ours since the beginning, the rest of our system data is backed up to tape daily and we have off site storage.  I've chosen to overlook the lack of a user controlled backup option due to other features and a trust that data wouldn't be lost.  That trust was broken yesterday when I called to find out information about the outage and was told that this was due to power failure, and they don't think there is much data loss.  This morning I've gone through and done some spot checking, and all my recent additions seem to be there, so I'm hoping there was no data loss in my account, but I've lost a fair amount of confidence.
