Outages possibly upset incoming emails?

Hi everybody,

I searched for this issue but couldn't find anything similar.

Starting today, I have received many emails at different times with the From sender line showing 'Not provided', the subject line '(No Subject)' and the size 0kb. The emails open fine as if they were intentional, just blank.

I have emailed Zoho support, and immediately received another of these blank emails, my thoughts are that this was the automated support reply.

A test email from the same account came through fine, and a test email from a non-Zoho account came through fine. 

I am concerned that I might have missed some emails today

Has anybody seen this issue before?

EDIT: Some emails are now coming through fine, but with the blank email accompanying it a minute later.
