I am looking for a Phone Script Prompter when I make outbound sales calls. example

I go into the Leads Moduel and make a Outbound sales call to a lead.

when the lead picks up the call, a phone script pops up and guides me thru the call.

once the call is done, I am wanting it to log the under notes that a call was made to the prospect

Is there a way to do this in Zoho?
