Outbox 'Send Immediately' Button Proactiveness

This is related to https://help.zoho.com/portal/en/community/topic/outbox-context-menu-proactiveness but is reference to the button within the Outbox view. Here there is a validation like 'Please select a message'. I think this button can be grayed out if there are no items.
