Outgoing blocked - please unblock

Outgoing blocked - please unblock

Hi. One of our users (Amy) has "Outgoing disabled" on her account. 

The troubleshooting section gives the reason, "Mail size exceeds limit".

I'm guessing this was because of a large attachment she tried to send?  We'll find the email and delete it from her outbook.  But we cannot wait 5 days for the account to automatically be enabled again.   Can you please enable for it for me?
